DELIVERY

Delivery times and methods: Orders are processed on business days Monday – Friday between the hours of 9am-3pm (UK date and time). 

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 72 hours of receiving the order and usually sooner. If you have ordered an item that may be delayed or is unavailable, we will notify you via email, and you will have the option to choose another product or receive a refund. 

We use Royal Mail to dispatch all our orders, with the exception of wholesale orders when we use DPD. Current delivery time after dispatch is 1-3 working days, using the Royal Mail's Standard Second Class service.

We ship to Europe and worldwide, please take into consideration the time it takes for orders to be processed through customs whilst placing an order.

Disclaimer: The Singing Leaf is not responsible for any charges that may be incurred at customs; this is the responsibility of the customer receiving the product.

 

RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We hope that you will enjoy our tea as much as we do, however if you change your mind about your purchase, you are able to return it to us within 14 days of delivery in its original packaging, sealed and unused.

Unfortunately, postage is non refundable.

We reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement any loss in value and/or quantity.

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot offer a refund or exchange on any product which has been used or opened.

 

In the unfortunate event that your products are damaged in transit, please contact us here or at hello@thesingingleaf.com so we can we can arrange a replacement or refund.
