Most commonly grown for use in herbal teas and young leaves in salads. You can also add it to a nice hot bath – just place a handful of leaves in permeable bag, suspend from the top and let the hot water run through. Wonderfully relaxing!
Sowing instructionsSow from March onwards. Sow a few seeds in a 7cm pot, cover lightly with compost and place on a sunny windowsill. Germination takes 7 to 10 days. Pot on when large eniugh to handle.
